En español, tanto los días de la semana como los meses del año se escriben en minúscula, a menos que esté al inicio de un párrafo o dependiendo el formato de fecha.
In Spanish, both the days of the week and the months of the year are written in lower case, unless it is at the beginning of a paragraph or depending on the date format.

Los días de la semana son siete.
The days of the week are seven.

En unos calendarios, el primer día de la semana es el lunes; sin embargo, en otros, es el domingo.
In some calendars, the first day of the week is Monday; however, in others, it is Sunday.

Debes agregar la letra “s” al final de “sábado” y/o “domingo”, para mencionar estos días en plural.
You must add the letter "s" at the end of "sábado" and/or "domingo", to mention these days in the plural.

Ejemplo:

Los sábados y domingos vamos al parque a disfrutar de la naturaleza.
On Saturdays and Sundays we go to the park to enjoy nature.

En cambio, en el caso de lunes, martes, miércoles, jueves y viernes, están listos para ser usados tanto en plural como en singular.
On the other hand, in the case of lunes, martes, miércoles, jueves y viernes, they are ready to be used both in the plural and in the singular.

Ejemplo:

El martes que viene nos vemos en el teatro.
See you at the theater next Tuesday.

Los martes me despierto a la misma hora.
On Tuesdays I wake up at the same time.
